This is version 1.2, which has some minor modifications as well as a change to the rule book.

Please allow me the opportunity to introduce an exciting new hockey board game produced by Harv Furey called "PAIRADICE HOCKEY".
The entire package is here ready to download and play. It includes rules and instructions, all 30 NHL teams and players from the recently completed 2003-2004 season and the game boards (made up of two 8.5x11 sheets).
Its a micro game of sorts....compact in design and requiring little space to set up and play.
I've been in conversation with Harv for about a month now after he introduced his game to me. What caught my attention is the way it captured the flow of the game, incorporated simple yet accurate player ratings and required only two, six sided dice to play the game.
Player match ups and pairings play an important role in the game....take a great play making center and team him up with some snippers and watch the goals go in.
Put key defensive players on the opponents offensive threats....lines play a very important roll in the game.
Harv has played various seasons of "Pairadice" and it has produced very realistic results and outcomes...but you as the coach can influence the outcomes on the ice. Realistic player usage will result in realistic results.....but that's what's great about this game....your decisions can influence the outcomes along with the players abilities...
In my own words "it is so simple that it's brilliant"....not an endless array of charts to bog you down, everything laid out in front of you, simple line changes, defensive ratings that matter and just a simplicity I've never really seen in any game.
The game can be set up in minutes and you'll be knocking off games in about 30-45 minutes...perhaps even faster...
The rules and instructions are easy to understand and follow....and everything works with those two, six sided dice....player puck possessions, shooting attempts, rebounds, interceptions, penalties and even the timing of the game....
Please take the time to download the game and give it a spin....I think you'll enjoy it and post any comments or questions here.....Harv and I will be happy to answer them all.....
Most of all enjoy Harv's efforts.....and send him a thank note....he'll appreciate that...

Quick Play Pro Hockey was designed to quickly and accurately replay N.H.L. seasons, playoffs and any kind of tournaments the gamer wishes. Each game takes a few minutes to play, which allows for many games to be played in a short period of time. I hope you enjoy this "mini" game and would appreciate hearing any feedback (both positive and negative).
This is Chris Davis' creation. Tabletop-sports is the new home for the game.
Here is Big Play Football. It was inspired by a game that Rick Kucz had posted on the Seasons past forum. Thanks Rick.
I have tried to make a game that uses a fast setup, is statistically accurate, fairly quick, allows for individual defensive players and is made with the solitaire gamer in mind. Game play allows for different offensive and defensive players to be involved on any play without the game player having to make substitutions. Each team has a single chart which contains all the information needed to play the game. Only one extra chart is needed to play and that only comes into play occasionally. The game engine is solely ran by the team charts and dice.
All defensive players have ratings for forced fumbles, plays made, tackles for loss, run rate, pass rate, sacks, passes defended, interceptions and returns. The offensive players are rated for the regular things as well as big play %, fumbles and ability to avoid the tackles for loss. Special teams also are rated on different things.
1967 AL SP cards. Features. LH/RH splits for batters and pitchers. New ratings. New charts for just about everything. See the "Read Me". Extensively researched defense and arm ratings. New Injury chart. New pitcher fatigue system. Please let me know what you think. Derrick Beckner

Goal Pro Soccer is a dice/chart/fast action card simulation of Pro Soccer. With this game, you can replay current MLS teams or English Premier League teams or seasons from the past. Witness such greats as Pele, Franz Beckenbauer, Clint Mathis, Landon Donovan, Carlos Valderamma, Sir Stanley Matthews, Johan Cruyff, Gordon Banks, Cobi Jones, Robbie Fowler, Michael Owen, Fabien Barthez, Tim Howard as they take the field on your tabletop. Play classic matchups such as the recent World Cup Final between Germany and Brazil....can Ronaldo repeat his two goal performance or can Oliver Kahn shut out the Brazilians and take the prize back to Germany???? Or replay the whole tournament and see if longshots such as Senegal, South Korea or the US can go all the way.
All the action is here....from the shots and goals, to highlight saves, to the fouls and bookings to corner kicks and a few wild events that make "The Beautiful Game", the most popular game in the world. A game should take no more than 25 minutes once mastered and a whole tournament can be played out in a matter of a few weeks. Most of all, the game is FUN!!!
Several months of developement plus over 50 playtest matches insure that Goal Pro Soccer is one of the most accurate simulations on the market.....best of all.....the price of the game???
It's FREE......Just download the components, print it out on cardstock and you have yourself a game worth playing for hours. It is FREEWARE so if you enjoy it, pass it along to another soccer fan or sports tablegaming buddy.
Following is a summary of the changes in my APBA basic game boards as well as other innovations I use in playing APBA basic.
The modifications were created by Chris Howell. This is an updated version.
