Ok, here goes.
Ref or judge one scores as follows...

If 1/2 point to 5 point edge...

3-11 goes to the greater point scorer
12 is even (10-10)
13-18 goes to the lesser point scorer (as long as he actually scored a point, or has an aggression (A) in the round. Otherwise, 10-10.

5-6 1/2
3-12 is greater p.s., 13 is even, 14-18 lower

7-12

3-11 10-9 round 12 10-8 round if greater rated boxer scored the edge
(if not 10-9) 13-18 10-8 round

12 above: odd=10-7 even 10-8

Judge 2: same as above, except begin the numbers one # greater
( ie, 3-12 goes to greater pt scorer, 13 is even, etc.)Also, see below for a 1/2 pt edge.

Judge 3: same as above, except begin the numbers two #'s greater (ie, 3-13 goes to greater pts. scorer, 14 is a draw, etc.)Also, see below for a 1 point edge.

In the case of a dead even round (ie, 2-2) do the following.

3-8 10-10 round 9-12 the greater rated boxer wins 10-9 13-18 the lesser rated boxer wins 10-9

If the difference is 1/2 point (ie, 7-6)in scoring, judge# 2 calls it 10-10. Don't check any rolls.

If the difference is 1 point or less, then judge #3 rules it 10-10.
Don't check any rolls.

Knockdown rounds are always 10-8, unless the man scoring the KD lost the round in points by 3 or more. Then it becomes 10-9 in his favor.

This gives a lttle variety without getting too complicated. Take care,

Anthony
