The file was written in Excel 2007 but saved in "Excel 97-2003 Workbook" format, so again, I hope it doesn't get jumbled or the colors changed to something hideous. The sheets are protected to lock the formulas (and there's a lot of them), so you'll have to unprotect them to make any changes. The "ReadMe" sheet has user info and suggestions.
