Don't quite understand "Momentum". If the home team has it, and the visitor scores, does momentum then go over to the visitor, or does it shift over to the "0". In other words does it tick over one or shift to the team that scores or creates a turnover, otherwise what is the purpose of a ++ or --.
Also, at the end of a half and the time of the play exceeds the time on the clock, is the play resolved or cut off from finishing?
