The main difference is that Ultra Quick is a one-roll game, and Final Score is broken down into halves (home court advantage and strength of schedule ratings for non-conference games come into play in the 2nd half). FS also has a Big Game/Bad Game chart.
If you want to play the smaller schools, UQ is the only way to go, but if you're just interested in Division 1, then I would recommend Final Score.
