Commentators; Rich Landrum & Lum Eddards
Referee; Farmer McKinley Pickins Ring; Abner Peabody

1. The Mongolian Stomper; Thumb to Throat Submission over Heatbreaker Rocky Sortor. The Stomper used every rough move possible to wear down Rocky making sure that Referee Pickins didn’t see the Illegal Thumb. After Choking Rocky with the Ropes, The Stomper drove his Thumb to Sorter’s Windpipe. Rocky had no choice but to submit. 3:31

2. Maniac Mark Lewin with handler Jim Cornette; Packaged Piledriver Pin over Wildman Mike Boyette. Lewin, who resides in the Insane Asylum, smashed a chair over Boyette’s back during the pre-match. Lewin used a Falling Hammer and a Slingshot off the Turnbuckle to set up Boyette for the Finisher. Maniac mark used his Sleeper but for some reason let go and ended with the Piledriver. 4:01

3. Masked Super Destroyer with Jimmy Hart; Choke Slam Pin over Pat ‘Scorpion’ Hutchinson. Hutchinson was savagely attacked during the pre-match but was able to fight back and use a Neckbreaker to get a near pin. Fortunately for the Destroyer, Jimmy hart was able to break up the pin. After a Double Fist to the Chest that took Pat’s breath away, the Destroyer, who is unknown but thoughts are it is Bill Dromo, Killer Kowalski or Billy Spears*, used the Choke Slam to gain the Pin. 4:19

Note* – One local magazine, Scoop, determined that the Masked Super Destroyer was either John Travolta or Ex-President Gerald Ford. The Scoop writer, Fingers Freemont, has tried to contact both men during the exact time of matches and is unable to get through.

4. Ravishing Randy Rose with Dennis Condrey; Ravishing DDT Pin over Sexy Ron Sexton. Condrey used a Hootch Jug to smash Sexton after Ron hit Randy with a Swinging Neckbreaker. Rose, who is 1/3 of the Midnight Express with Condrey and Norvell Austin, performed a Rib Crusher and then the DDT finisher. 5:23

Note – Every wrestler and every move was cheered by the Dogpatch Crowd so any points awarded were nullified because it simply evened out.

5. The Nightmares (Ted Allen and Speed) with Danny Davis beat Hogan/Fergie (‘Dizzy’ and Carl). Hogan had Allen in trouble but took too long with his Delayed Suplex. Speed, Ken Wayne, ran in the ring and used a Dropkick sending Dizzy flying from the ring. Carl Fergie entered the ring but was hit with a Diving Missile by Allen and then a Top Rope Body Press by Speed. 7:08

6. Steve Travis; Flying Body Press Pin over Outlaw Ron Bass with J.J. Dillon. Bass had the advantage after a Trash Can Smash by Dillon and then a Throat Slam Suplex. Travis fought back eventually using a Flying Forearm on Dillon who tried to interfere again but was sent crashing to the floor below. Bass was looking at Dillion then turned around only to be hit with a Top Rope Clothesline. Bass was getting to his feet when Travis hit him with the Flying Body Press. 6:46

7. Koko B. Ware with Bobby Eaton pinned Lord Johnathan Boyd with Butch Miller. Boyd and Miller, 2/3 of The Sheepherders, used their usual wild and wooly rough style. Butch worked the covering off the turnbuckle so Boyd could smash Koko’s head to the exposed metal causing a bad gash on Ware’s forhead. Miller bludgeoned Eaton with a Flag Pole. Boyd used a Loaded Boot to kick Koko in the Ribs several times. Mille used a Bucket to smash eaton in the head. When Butch tried to reach Koko Referee Pickins wared Butch. Falk, who also wrestles as Tony the Tiger and will eventually become Boy Tony and also The icon, could mount very little offense and was bothered by Jimmy Hart’s screaming through the megaphone. Jesse used the Ropes to Choke out Tony and then a falling Head Slam. The Bulldog finished the match. 3:49

Smithson, who dresses in shabby jeans and would eventually become Moondog Spike, interrupted a promo interview by Boyd Pierce with Chick that added points to his total. Norvell ran in to save Dennis but was hit with a Myawashi Kick. Rose was able to save Austin. The action went OOR giving the Express a 3 on 2. This was a Pier 6 Brawl with Bobby Eaton running in to help the Fabs. Referee Tommy Sloan counted slow but it wasn’t enough to help either team get back to the ring. 9:31

7. The Gibson’s (Ricky and Robert) beat The Blond Bombers (Wayne Ferris and Larry Latham) with Niightmare Danny Davis. Ricky; Doubleteam DDT Pin over Larry Latham. Boris Zukov ran out to help Markoff then Mad Dog Vachon ran out to help Manny. Mr. Saito gladly stayed in the ring and accepted the Count-Out win while the four wrestlers kept Brawling to the Back Stage. 7:59

Pershing Center – Lincoln, NE Att: 7,416

Commentators; Lee Marshall & Larry Nelson
Referees; Wally Karbo & Henry Van Loon
Ring; Cindy Austin

1. Tom Zenk and Gorgeous Gary Young; Double Count-Out. Zenk blocked a snak attack during the introductions and performed a Brainbuster on Young. Referee Wally Karbo was willing to start the match right then (it would have been an immediate pin) but Zenk wanted Karbo to wait until Young was ready. Young’s best hope was to take the match OOR because Zenk was controlling every move aspect in the ring. After Gary bailed from the ring Zenk followed and eventually used a Missile Dropkick that sent Gorgeous Gary flying from the ramp into the pit. As Tom was ablout to head back to the ring, Playboy Buddy Rose waiting at the top of the ramp began jawing with him. The time ran out. 5:16

2. Top Guns (Ricky Rice and Derrick Dukes) beat Pretty Playboys (Buddy Rose and Doug Somers) with Sherri Martel. The Guns were instant crowd favorites as they used a splashing entrance that excited the fans. The Playboys used their usual Dirty Doubleteam tactics to gain the advantage and it looked like curtains for The Guns when Buddy Rose hit Derrick Dikes with a Vegas jackpot (DDT). The is when the match took an UNUSUAL RESULT turn. Sherry got anzious and didn’t notice Rose tag out to Somers. She tried to help and swung a Wine Bottle. It hit Doug in the head and he crashed to the canvas. Ricky Rice rolled him up for the pin. 11:56

3. Bulldog Bob Brown; Leg Drop Pin over Hans Mueller. Mueller used a Grind Face to Mat and several Rope Burns to gain an advantage but Brown who is use to the rough style came back for more. He hit Mueller with a Runaway Cannon and a Running Lariat that set up the Leg Drop Finisher. 3:43

4. Bobby Duncum with Bobby Heenan; Guillotine Leg Drop Pin over Tommy Jammer. Blackjack Lanza was at ringside with Heenan and couldn’t help but add his 2 cents. In this case it was a slam over the head with a Folded steel Chair while Heenan distracted Referee Henry Van Loon. The points deducted from Jammer were way too much for him to recover. Duncum followed with a Piledriver and then the Guillotine Leg Drop although it was unnecessary. 4:13

5. Terry Gordy; Belly to Back Suplex Pin over Yuri Gordienko. Yuri tried a Suicide Leap from the Turnbuckle but he crashed to the canvas. The big Gordienko recoved enough to retrieve a chain that he carries to the ring. Unforyunately for Yuri, Gordy reversed the smash. Terry used a Double Axe Handle and the Belly to Back Suplex on Gordienko who was dazed. 6:16

6. Blackjack Lanza with Bobby Heenan and Dino Bravo; Double DQ. This should have been a DQ in favor of Bravo but Referee Henry Van Loon missed the culprits in a match that ended with several wrestlers attacking the ring. Bobby Duncum was at ringside with Heenan. The young Dino had lanza in trouble and may have had a pin after performing a Reverse atomic Drop. After Duncum pulled Bravo by his legs OOR, Bobby started beating on Dino. Hans Mueller and Yuro Gordienko ran out to help Duncum although they had no business near the ring. Tom Zenk and Bulldig Bob Brown and Ricky Rice ran out to help Dino. This was a Pier 6 Brawl that Referee van Loon couldn’t control. Unsure of the culprits he called a Double DQ. Of Course Heenan protested claiming his stable was innocent. 6:39

7. Rick Martel and Teijo Khan with Sheik Adnan El Kassie; Double Count-Out. The fans showed their dislike of Adnan and Khan with boos and a Hit with a Sign. Martel used his speed to offset Teijo who eventually bailed from the ring. Martel kept up the offense after following Teijo. A Diving Forarm almost took Khan head off and he was KO’s. Adnan motioned to the back stage area and Boris Zukov, Mord the Barbarian and Chris Markokk all ran out. They were followed by Terry Gordy, Tom Zenk and Bulldog Bob Brown. Another Big Brawl and confusion. Referee Wally Karbo called the match a Count-Out and though there was more than enough time for a Count-Out, no one saw Referee Karbo do any counting. He simply used both hands to gesture; ENOUGH. 8:38

8. The Sheiks (Jerry Blackwell and Ken Patura) with Sheik Adnan El Kassie beat Crusher/Bruiser. The Sheiks used Dirty Doubleteam and Choking with Tunics to try and gain an advantage. El Kassie was busy using a trip here and there. Patura was thrown from the ring by Bruiser as Crusher caught Blackwell with a Claw. Bruiser used an Atomic Drop on Nord the Barbarian who was at ringside and tried to enter the ring. Referee Henry Van Loon was KO’d from a Body Smash. Soldat Ustinov ran to the ring, entered and smashed Crusher to the back of the head with a Chain. Patura entered the ring and Pinned Crusher. Bruiser was OOR fighting Zukov. Unfortunately for Green he dropped the Blackjack to the canvas and would have been DQ’d but Referee Earl Hebner noticed Sorenson used a Flying Cranium Cracker that set up the Facelock DDT for the Pin. Hebner was not about to be cheated from the satisfaction of Mo Green being angry. 4:13

Christian followed with a Frog Splash that pinned EC-3. Dixie knowing what was going to happen when York was on the turnbuckle ran over to the ring and distracted Referee Brian Hebner.
