Cherkasov finished the year 21st in the world and he's uncarded? Is there a way I can rate him myself? Now I'm worried if a guy that high in the rankings isn't included I could be in real trouble trying to do a replay.
Just did a search for 'Andrei" in the document and notice no Andrei Chesnakov (#31 final yearly ranking) isn't included either.
