College Momentum

I’m noticing a couple of differences between the pro and college Momentum football.

1. There’s not as many “degrees” of momentum. X 0 - as opposed to xx x 0 - — for the pros.

And in the college rules I’m not seeing touchdown runs and passes listed as momentum changing plays.

Is this because the college game is in fact played slightly different? Or is it possibly older / newer rules vs the pro rules I have?

Never get a definitive answer to my original questions. Still confused why the college rules do not consider touchdown passes and runs as momentum changing plays.

I’m now entertaining the idea of touchdown runs and passes ARE momentum changing plays...if they allow the team to take the lead. Just like field goals / taking the lead.
