Yes, as his rating is not conditional. A conditional rating is on in brackets [ ].
So if his rating was [36] (sd-3) him getting an attempt would be conditional on a roll of 11-36 for the attempt.
I'll also add that downloading the Helper here: https://www.tabletop-sports.com/downl...oad_id=518 might be of use. It's an Excel file, but should work with any of the Open Office suites as well, as there are no macros.
